OBESITY

 

Obesity is medical condition that is characterized by the accumulation of excess body fat to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems. For adults, obesity is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) that is greater than or equal to 30.
